Silicon baking mats are not only easier to clean than baking sheets, but they also avoid one time use parchment paper and foil.
Cloth Napkins
Reusable napkins are critical to eco-friendly everyday dining. Whether you have young kids or not, I recommend dark colored and patterned or striped cloth napkins to disguise stains and wrinkles. If your household is anything like mine, there is a load of laundry to run nearly every day, so throwing them in with an existing wash shouldn’t require extra loads.
Reusable Counter Towels
Avoid excessive paper towel use by clean countertops with reusable sponge-like towels. These Swedish dish towels are my favorite for cleaning surfaces. I generally use them twice before throwing them into the laundry, as they dry quickly after each use.
Reusable Lids
Avoid foil and plastic wrap by using these silicon lids to cover leftovers in dishes that don’t have lids. They are easy to clean and literally last for years!
Reusable Food Wrap
For covering produce, cheese, sandwiches and other refrigerated items, try reusable food wrap instead of foil or plastic wrap.

Boy was I wrong. These days, the Ninja comes out almost weekly to bring us french fries, breakfast potatoes, air-fried tofu, impossible cheeseburger dumplings, air-fried eggplant, and so many delicious air fryer veggies!
