3 - 3 1/2cupsblack coffee*room temperature or cold
3/4cupplant-based milk
1 medium banana**
2-3dates, 2 large or 3 smallpits removed
1/4cupalmond butteror nut butter of choice
2tbspflaxseed mealoptional
3dashescinnamon
handful ice cubes

Instructions
Place all ingredients in blender.
Blend well until smooth.
