Instructions
Optional: line air fryer basket with parchment paper. Not necessary, but will help veggies not fall through basket to bottom of fryer.
Spray air fryer with cooking spray to avoid sticking.
Pour frozen veggies into air fryer.
Add seasonings. Shake basket to even out seasonings.
Optional: Lightly spray vegetables with cooking oil spray (this will help them get even more crispy).
Enjoy immediately if possible.
Instructions for Classic Medley Veggie Mix (WITHOUT Cruciferous Veggies)
A classic mix without cruciferous vegetables may include peas, corn, carrots, green beans.Set air fryer to 400℉ for 10 minutes.
Check veggies at half way point (at 5 minutes left). Shake basket to even cooking. Place basket back in air fryer to finish cooking.
When air fryer stops at 10 minutes, check your veggies. Add 1 more minute as desired. Be careful not to overcook green beans especially, as the texture can become tough. See expert tips above.
Instructions for Cruciferous Vegetable Mix
A mix with cruciferous vegetables will include broccoli and/or cauliflower, in addition to other veggies like carrots, corn, and green beans.Set air fryer to 400℉ for 16 minutes.
Check veggies after 10 minutes of cooking (at 6 minutes left). Shake basket to even cooking. If you see really crispy (done) pieces, take them out. Replace basket back in air fryer to finish cooking.
When air fryer stops at 16 minutes, check your veggies. Add 1-2 more minute as desired (air fryer brands vary slightly). See expert tips above.
